Join our Mum and Baby Fitness Class, designed for mums who want to stay active while spending quality time with their little ones! This fun and engaging workout is perfect for mums with babies from the ages 3 months to 3 years old*.

The class combines cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises, all adapted to accommodate your baby’s presence. Babies can be included in certain movements or enjoy playtime nearby, creating a supportive environment where mums can bond with their babies while getting a full-body workout.

Whether you’re easing back into fitness or looking to maintain your routine, this class offers a welcoming space to stay fit, meet other mums, and enjoy time with your child.

Suitable for all levels of abilities.

Duration: The fitness class is 45 minutes long, followed by a 15-minute session dedicated to socialising and networking
