Fitness Coaches / Personal Trainers / Group Fitness Instructors (Part time and Self employed positions)

• Lead motivating, inclusive group workouts
• Build genuine member relationships that support consistency and confidence

This role is perfect for coaches who bring both skill and personality to every session.
Pilates & Barre Instructor (Freelance, timetable slot)
You’ll guide mindful, dynamic, form-led classes that help members feel connected, strong, and aligned.
You’ll:
• Deliver high-quality Pilates/Barre sessions with attention to safety and technique
• Foster a supportive, confidence-building space
• Help members progress their practice with clarity and intention

Yoga Instructors (Freelance, cover list)
Our yoga teachers create grounding and transformative experiences that support physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
You’ll:
• Lead dynamic, energising, or balanced flows

• Encourage mindfulness, breathwork, and personal growth
Ideal for instructors who value connection, presence, and community.
Sales & Marketing (Part time)
This team amplifies everything we do. You’ll help share our story, connect with new members, and ensure every touchpoint reflects the RISE vibe, warm, professional, and uplifting.
You’ll:
• Support member enquiries and onboarding
• Help shape campaigns and content across platforms
• Engage with the community to grow awareness and retention
• Ensure seamless communication that feels human and inspiring
