About These Terms

This website and the goods and services displayed on it are provided by R1SE Fit Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). “You” refers to the user of this website, a purchaser of goods, or a user of our services.
By using this website or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our website or services.
We may update these terms at any time by publishing changes on our website.

Using Our Studios & Classes

All clients must create a User Account to book classes.
Our standard classes are designed for adults aged 18 and over.
We may offer specific classes suitable for those under 18 (for example, Teen or Baby classes). In these cases:
- Ages 12–17 may attend a designated class once a parental/guardian consent.
- Ages 12–13 must also be accompanied by a parent/guardian in sessions unless otherwise agreed with a staff member.
- Under 12’s may attend a designated class once a parent/guardian has provided consent and a staff induction has been completed.
- Baby classes are designed for parents/guardians to bring their baby along. Babies remain the responsibility of the parent/guardian at all times.
We don’t allow unaccompanied minors in the studio outside of designated Teen or Baby classes.
Please follow our class rules (posted online and in studios).
A sweat towel is required for all sessions.
All equipment must be wiped down after use. Cleaning products are provided in the studio.
Instructors and timetables may change; we’ll notify you by email/SMS where possible.
We may suspend or end your membership if your behaviour harms others, breaches these terms, or damages our reputation.

Health & Safety

Our team are not medically qualified. If you’re unsure about your ability to exercise, please consult a doctor before starting.
You’re responsible for using our facilities safely and for following the health waiver you agreed to when setting up your User Account.

Credits

Classes are booked using Credits.
Credits can be bought individually, in packs, or through membership.
One credit = one standard class (some special classes/events may need more).
Credit expiry:
- Intro/1 Credit: 2 weeks
- 10 Credits: 3 months
- 20 Credits: 6 months
- 40 Credits: 12 months
- Membership credits expire at the end of each billing cycle.
Credits are non-refundable (except under the 14-day cooling off period).
Credits may be transferable only at our discretion.
Some workshops/events require Special Credits, which have their own terms.

Cooling-Off Period

If you buy credits or a membership online, you can cancel within 14 days:

If unused → full refund.
If partly used → refund minus value of credits/classes taken.
Unlimited membership: no refund if any class has been attended.

Booking & Cancellations

Classes can be booked online via our website/app.
If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. If a spot opens, you’ll be notified (first come, first served).
If we cancel a class, we’ll refund your credit.
Cancellation rules:
- Standard Classes: Cancel at least 12 hours before start to get your credit back.
- Special Credits (workshops/events): Cancel at least 72 hours before for a refund.

Membership

Membership gives you a set number of credits each month (depending on type).
Payment is taken on joining, then monthly in advance.
Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle (unused credits don’t roll over).
Membership runs month-to-month with a minimum of 1 month.
- Cancel by emailing us at least 5 days before the 1st of the month.
- You may freeze your membership (max 3 months at a time, twice a year).
Membership fees are non-refundable (except within cooling-off).

Prices & Benefits

Current prices are shown on our website and may change from time to time.
Any membership benefits, perks, or partner discounts may change or be withdrawn at any time.
Any promotional discounts will be applied from the upcoming full calendar month, unless otherwise stated.

Goods

Goods purchased in our studios are covered by your statutory rights.
Refunds or exchanges are available within 7 days if unused and with a receipt.
Defective goods will be replaced or refunded unless damaged through misuse.

Website Use

Our website may change or be unavailable at times.
You may only use the site for personal use. No copying, reselling, or commercial use without permission.
We cannot guarantee the site will be error-free or virus-free. Please use virus protection when downloading.
Misuse (e.g. hacking, introducing viruses) is prohibited and may be reported to authorities.
Third-party links are for convenience only; we aren’t responsible for their content.

User Accounts

Keep your login details safe and don’t share them.
If you suspect unauthorised use, contact us immediately.
We may disable accounts if we believe terms have been breached.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and materials on our website are owned by us or our licensors. Please don’t copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.

Liability

We accept liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Otherwise, we are only liable for losses directly caused by us and to a reasonable amount.
We are not liable for events outside our control.

Data Protection

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for lost or stolen belongings in our studios.

Legal Stuff

These terms form the entire agreement between you and us.
If any part is invalid, the rest still applies.
Only you and we can enforce these terms (no third-party rights).
These terms are governed by English law. You can take disputes to the English courts (or to courts in Northern Ireland/Scotland if you live there).
